Teaching Time & eMotion planning by webinar

Filed under: Self development, Vitality — Ben @ 2:21 pm

For the last two years I have been refining  a system of improving your time management. I came to realise that there we have demands coming at us from too many directions, both external and internal.

People often start with to-do lists. These have some wonderful benefits such as the ability to enter things as they come to mind, the satisfaction of ticking things of etc. Another common tool is reminders and alarms, which give you peace of mind at the time of setting them and in reality tend to go-off when you don’t have time to respond! The average person uses 13 different methods to organise their time, and what we need is a single point of organisation that’s wuick and convenient.

I have created a planning system which will help you to organise your days to be more effective, and to achieve much more in the long run. I run a series of preview webinars, you can find the current dates at http://time.mrvitality.co.uk.

After the Time & eMotion you will feel more vitality as you flow through every day and enjoy your life more.

Register on a preview webinar now to see if the system is for you.

I’m in Sydney, Lizzie’s not!

Just a quick update for anyone ‘watching’ our progress. I’m now in Sydney waiting for my connecting flight to Fiji. Lizzie’s enjoying her last day at XL Vision Villas in Bali. Don’t tell anyone, but I’ve booked the whole resort for my birthday party next August!

It was a very sad moment leaving my new wife at Denpasar (Bali) airport ’last night’, and I’m already missing her! I’ve got a few hours to burn at Sydney, so catching-up with the world seemed apt.

Bali was fantastic, activities included…

  • Elephant riding, including through water
  • Diving on both coral and a shipwreck
  • Snorkeling / free diving (I liked that bit the most)
  • A turtle farm, speed boats, caves and other cool stuff
  • Some lovely meals, and lots of relaxing

Really looking forward to Fiji, not quite sure what to expect from something called “The Deepening”, following on from “The Blessing” earlier in the year. Sounds a bit cosmic to me, however I’ve seen such great results in other that I can’t wait!

As  for returning to the UK, I have to say that every time we go away it strengthens our resolve that there’s little reason to suffer the UK’s climate, when you can have warmth every day and sunshine most days.

WealthDyamics Profiles can help you know yourself…

Over a year ago I took a Wealth Dynamics Profile, and I have found it incredibly helpful in helping me to know where to focus my talents and efforts, in the context of wealth generation.

Wealth Dynamics was developed by Roger Hamilton, a British born Entrepreneur. It basically tests for any deviation for normal balance in your thinking style, by measuring two dimensions…

  • Sensory vs intuitive thinking
  • Introvert vs extrovert thinking style.

This test runs on the same basis as DISC, Briggs, Belbin and other Jung based systems. I find Wealth Dynamics to be particularly powerful in terms of its output – see my profile as an example.

I feel that, if you’re the sort of person who applies what they learn, spending $US 100 on this knowledge is an excellent investment. I have attached an example of my Wealth Dynamics Profile, so that you can see the sort of output you get for your money.

Simply visit www.wealthdynamicsprofiles.com if you’d like to take your profile now.

Until next time
